A couple of weeks ago, two of World Vibes students wout up to Atlanta to compete in the Naga and both brought hardware back to Tallahasse. Tessy won a silver medal in white belt gi for her weight class. Danny brought home a bronze medal in intermediate no gi which is outstanding considering he was recently promoted to blue belt and competing with guys with far more experience than him.
I just wanted to take a second and congratulate Tessy and Danny for getting on the mat and puttting it all out on the line. You both worked extremely hard including extra training sessions, impromptu training sessions at Marlon's and countless hours conditioning your bodies to be ready for multiple rounds at full speed.
Finally, I wanted to give a special thanks to Marlon for being an itegral part in these kids' development. Also, for coaching them since I was unable to make the tournament. For the record, Marlon is the dude in the red getting his ass kicked....just kidding Marlon.
